Before they’ve at least did a development report but now nothing. Since the management changed, I never got any picture or report of my daughter, nothing. The worst is that when I’m my daughter start used to like a person and, they were gone within a month.
I always noticed that there is a huge staff problem, people coming and going, ladies and gents, some people I’ve seen just once. Unfortunately, they’ve never took kids out, only at little garden, but it’s not such a big problem. My daughter attended Busy Bees since she was 2 years old. Sick staff forceD to work with the children All children deserve to be kept safe above all else. Not being allowed to drop your child into the door of their room like prior to covid, was a way to keep parents/carers in the dark about the lack of correct ratios of staff to children. I would hate if any other child was harmed because they are failing to provide the correct amount of staff. Lying to Ofsted to cover their own backs, blaming our home life as the reason my child had been hurt. The escalation of negligent behaviour only continued when I removed my child. I hold management responsible because they know they are not in ratio, and are more concerned about the overall budget than the children in their care's safety. The issue isn't with the staff working inside the nursery, they are only able to work with the situation they find themselves in. If there is enough staff serious incidents would not happen. Instead of believing what he had said they tried to cover up bullying, serious injuries, victim blame instead of addressing the core concerns of parents regarding ratio. My child was demonised for speaking out about the incidents that have happened to him at nursery. Zero Star - Montessori Busy Bee South Lambeth I’m very gutted shouldn’t have never wasted my time at that place.

Now my son doesn’t have a place to go, as I choose not to let him go there after all that has happened and I lost the registration fee money as well. A day that was meant to be memorable it was very disappointing and discouraging.

After that been said, she came with the excuse that my post code wasn’t in the same borough as the nursery therefore would be a lot more complicated to get the support that my child will need from the borough (therapy etc) then the centre director came and also tried to convince me that Busy bee in kenton wasn’t the best nursery for my son! What shocks me the most is that I told them about my sons social issues and speech delay on the visit tour and also over the phone and they didn’t think to tell me all this before. Funny enough she didn’t seem to recall that information. She was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me talk! I then had to refresh her memory, told her about his condition which I mentioned over the phone, before paying the registration fee. I wasn’t happy about that and I questioned the lady, however she was in such a hurry for me to sign some papers, I told her I wasn’t happy with that introduction. As soon as I arrived at the nursery, the lady toke my boy to the 3 years old room and left him there without holding his hand or even guided him to the room and introduce him to the games and place. I was so nervous as my 3 years old has mild autism. On the 05/09/22 was my sons first setting session at Busy bees in Kenton.
